Power Move Finder

Fill it in yourself

No email needed to start. A short version of the analysis at the end, anonymous. You get the full analysis too, if you request it afterwards.

About 10 to 15 minutes with my AI. Email and phone number up front, the full analysis arrives by email.

Free. No account, no video course, no sales call.

Find out which part of your business is draining you, and what your next power move is.

Fifteen questions about your work, your offer and your demand. Which ones you get depends on your first answer. Nothing about the result is prewritten: an AI I built and instructed myself reads your answers and writes the analysis from them.

The first three questions don't count towards the score and still change the read more than any of the others. They ask whether the work you get paid for is the same work you love.

The finder is still in development. It runs, but things can go wrong. If you notice something, drop me a line and I will fix it.

01What you get back

Three things, and you have them in eight minutes.

01
Where you stand right now, area by area: your offer, your demand, your systems, and how much of it only runs while you're standing next to it.
02
The one thing to build first, and why that one before the others. Not a list of twenty ideas, one starting point.
03
A written read that's yours, written for your answers rather than assembled from ready-made blocks. It arrives by email and stays in your own area, even if you never hear from me again. It's complete, and it's a gift.

It runs here on this page, and you see the result straight away.

02Fifteen questions

Let's start.

  1. First, so the questions fit: where are you right now?

  2. Use

01Is there work you love that you currently charge nothing for?

  3. Use

02The offer that brings in the most money and the thing you most like doing: the same?

  4. Use

03How much of what was on your list this week would you do unpaid?

  5. Offer and price

04When does someone find out what you cost?

  6. Offer and price

05Can someone buy from you without speaking to you first?

  7. Offer and price

06When did you last raise your price?

  8. Something else for a moment.optional

Suppose the whole thing runs. What are you doing on a Tuesday morning in May?

This answer goes into the first paragraph of your read, in your own words.

  9. Demand

07Where did your last client come from?

  10. Demand

08Do you know how many enquiries you get per week, without looking it up?

  11. Demand

09If you post nothing for four weeks, do enquiries still arrive?

  12. And the other way round.optional

What did you build in the last twelve months that led nowhere?

  13. Systems

10What happens automatically when someone signs up?

  14. Systems

11How many of your tools are connected to each other?

  15. Systems

12Have you tested your own checkout on a phone in the last three months?

  16. The important one.optional

Suppose your sign-up page, your email sequence and your checkout are standing finished in ten days. What do you sell first?

The ten days aren't a figure of speech. What you're walking through right now is the same kind of machinery: form, read, CRM, email. The show home on this site went up in three days.

  17. Independence

13When were you last away for two weeks without checking on the business?

  18. Independence

14Out of ten working hours, how many go into the work somebody pays you for?

  19. Independence

15If you were out for two months from tomorrow, how long would your revenue continue?

  20. Last one.optional

What do you think it's hanging on right now?

You usually know this better than fifteen questions can work out. One sentence is enough.

  21. Use

01Is there work that makes you lose track of time?

  22. Use

02Has anyone ever asked you for it unprompted?

  23. Use

03How long have you been doing this work, paid or unpaid?

  24. Shape

04Can you say in one sentence what you help someone with?

  25. Shape

05Have you done this work for someone other than yourself?

  26. Shape

06Do you know what someone walks away with that they didn't have before?

  27. Something else for a moment.optional

Suppose the whole thing runs. What are you doing on a Tuesday morning in May?

This answer goes into the first paragraph of your read, in your own words.

  28. People

07Can you name actual people who would want this?

  29. People

08Is there anywhere someone could already find you?

  30. People

09Has anyone in that group ever told you they're looking for something like this?

  31. And the other way round.optional

What did you build in the last twelve months that led nowhere?

  32. Price

10Have you ever said your price out loud to someone?

  33. Price

11If someone asks tomorrow what it costs, do you have a number?

  34. Price

12Do you know what others charge for something like this?

  36. Readiness

13How many hours a week could you actually give this over the next six months?

  37. Readiness

14By when do you want to have taken your first payment for it?

  38. Readiness

15Have you built or learned anything for it in the last six months?

  39. Last one.optional

What do you think it's hanging on right now?

You usually know this better than fifteen questions can work out. One sentence is enough.

Your result

Everything runs through you

Your business exists as long as you're standing inside it. That isn't an accusation, it's the normal state for people who are good at their actual work and never had time to build the rest.

Your next build: an offer with a fixed price that can be sold without you. Not marketing, not visibility. The foundation first.

The scaffolding is up, the building isn't

You've built parts, and they hold on their own. Between your tools there are gaps you fill with your own time, without noticing any more.

Your next build: close the handovers. Between someone signing up and someone being able to buy, there's still too much of your hand in the process.

It holds

Your business runs without you. From here it isn't about stability any more, it's about height: price, volume, reach.

Your next build: scale, not repair. You probably don't need consulting. You need traffic.

There's a calling. There isn't a shape yet.

Nothing is broken here, because nothing has been built yet. That's a better position than a business built in the wrong order, and it's cheaper to fix.

Your first build: one sentence. What you do, for whom, and what changes. Said out loud, to someone who isn't a friend, before anything gets designed.

The work exists. The business doesn't.

You know what you do and you've done it for people. What's missing is the structure around it: a price, a place to be found, and a way for someone to say yes without you arranging it by hand.

Your first build: one offer with a price, and one page it lives on. Not a brand, not a funnel system. One offer someone can buy.

You're closer to a business than you think.

You have the sentence, you have people, and you've named a price. What you don't have is the machinery, and that's the smallest of the three problems.

Your first build: the path from stranger to booking. One page, one form, one sequence. Everything after that's refinement.

The full read, written for your answers.

Where the points went, the order I would build in if I were you, and one thing for this week.

Claude writes it, from your answers and from the page you can name in a moment. It arrives in about a minute, at three in the morning just as readily as on a Sunday, and I lift no finger for it. That's the kind of machinery I build.

This page really does get opened and read before your report is written, and the report then says what's actually on it. Of everything you can give me here, this changes the most. If there's no page yet, leave it empty.

Two questions that don't count towards the score

Both are optional. They help the report get the scale right.

Your business, in your own words optional, makes the report considerably better

This is the part that decides how good the report gets. Twelve answers make a decent report. Twelve answers plus what you write here make something you couldn't have written for yourself. All three fields are optional.

Your entries go to Anthropic in the USA so the report can be written, details in the privacy notice. I send you the report by email, and I may write to you about the program. Talk to the assistant

The assistant is my AI. It takes you through the Power Move Finder in conversation: fifteen questions and a few open ones, about ten to fifteen minutes. Afterwards you receive the evaluation by email, just as after filling it in.

The assistant is still in development too. It doesn't always catch everything, and the connection can drop. If it stalls, fill in the questionnaire instead, the result is the same.
